After his degree in Biology in 1970, Dr. Déry obtained with distinction his Doctor of Dental Medicine of the University of Montreal in 1974. During his studies, he was twice a recipient of a grant from the Research Council Medical Association of Quebec.
Upon graduating from the university, Dr Déry was chosen to create and manage the City of Westmount’s Health Dental Services and then the Department of Community Health at the Montreal General Hospital.
His unique background led him to share his professional experiences as a speaker at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Université de Montréal and at the École HEC-Chaire d’Entrepreneurship.
In 1994, Dr Déry created the SOS Dental service, the first in-home dental care service for the elderly and the disabled. Then, in order to offer the population of the greater metropolitan area a quasi-dental hospital, he founded the Carrefour Dentaire Montréal in 2003. Dr. Déry opened in 2015, Carrefour Dentaire ELNA as is last very beautiful project.
After graduating from the faculty of dentistry at the University of Montreal in 1986, Dr.Locas began his career by opening his clinic on the south shore of Montreal. After an advanced training in endodontics in 1998 at the University of California in Los Angeles, he decided to join our team of dentists and participated in the birth of Carrefour Dentaire of Montreal.
Today, Dr Locas focuses exclusively on the practice of endodontics. Passionate about this field of dentistry, he has long participated in the training of students and continues to give training to his colleagues.

Dentistry has a very important place in the life of Dr. MacKay. For more than 10 years, he has traveled across Canada through career opportunities. During these years, he continued to train in dental aesthetics and especially in implantology.
In 2005, Dr. MacKay joined our team. Thanks to its competence and efficiency, he took part alongside Dr Déry in the development of the emergency department, making Carrefour Dentaire Montréal the benchmark in this field. Whether for an emergency or regular care, Dr. MacKay will provide you with excellent care.
Dr Carvalho has been a dentist at Carrefour Dentaire of Montreal since its creation in 2003.
She completed her studies in Dental Medicine at the Federal University of Bahia in Brazil in 1989. Brazilian living in Montreal since 1998, she practiced in her home country in private practice for 8 years and was also part of the first group of female Lieutenant-Dentists of the Brazilian Army. Carvalho was the first foreign dentist to be accepted into the University of Montreal’s Master of Prosthodontic Rehabilitation Program in August 1998. Following her master’s degree in 2003, she obtained her licence to practise in Quebec by passing the equivalency examinations required by the Quebec Order of Dentists.
She was also a clinician in the Department of Restoration in Complete Prosthesis at the University of Montreal from 2000 to 2002.
As the fourth member of a family of five dentists, she has the same passion for prosthodontics as her father. Her meticulous work, attention to detail and warm personality make Dr Carvalho an incomparable dentist! She assesses and diagnoses complex cases requiring oral rehabilitation to replace lost teeth and restore the aesthetics of the smile of each of her patients. She will accompany you throughout your rehabilitation treatments without counting her time by coordinating the follow-up of the pre-established plan. Graduated in 2004 from the University of Montreal in dentistry, Dr Chafaï is a multidisciplinary resident at the Jewish General Hospital (McGill)
As a dentist in private practice at Carrefour Dentaire of Montreal since 2005, she is involved in numerous dental associations including the President of the Fédération des Sociétés Dentaires du Grand Montréal (2007-2011) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Order of Dentists
Still affiliated with the Jewish General Hospital as a clinician, she enjoys passing on her knowledge by teaching residents.
Having performed dance and piano for several years, Dr Chafaï applies art and dexterity to all her dental treatments. Very conservative in nature, she ensures that her patients receive the best treatments within the clinic and therefore works very closely with all our specialists.
Dr. Ouzerourou graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Université de Montréal in 2012. Being passionate about general dentistry and emergency dentistry, he has not stopped taking training over the years in order to improve and always better care and listen to his patients.

Dr. Michael Dib completed his doctorate in dentistry at the University of Montreal in 2004. He then started his specialty in periodontics at the University of Louisville in the United States (2004-2007) Specialist in periodontal treatment, which includes deep-scale tartar cleaning, gum and bone grafts, dental implants and curettage; it applies to restore aesthetics by restoring the health of periodontal tissues. Dr. Dib works closely with the hygiene department, as well as with other general practitioners and specialists to ensure optimal results. He intervenes to help his patients keep their natural teeth as long as possible. Dr. Dib also installs dental implants to replace missing teeth.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
A passionate communicator, he has lectured on topics related to periodontics in both Canada and the United States.
Dr. Fairouz Chouikh received her PhD in dentistry from the University of Montreal in 2011. She then completed a year of multidisciplinary dental residency at the Montefiore Medical Center (Bronx, NY). Her interest in surgery led her to a one-year internship in maxillofacial surgery at the Jacobi medical center (Bronx, NY) and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital (New York).
She subsequently completed 6 years of residency at the Hôpital de l’Enfant – Jésus (Quebec) and completed her training as a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Université Laval in 2019. That same year, she was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Canada in her specialty.
During her residency, Dr. Chouikh also obtained a Master in Science whose subject was osteonecrosis of the jaws secondary to anti-bone resorption agents, in oncology.
During her studies, she also had the opportunity to further her training in implantology. She did a one-month internship in Brussels, Belgium, with Dr. Chantal Malevez, an internationally renowned zygomatic implant surgeon.
She has just completed a year of Fellowship in Head and Neck Trauma and Advanced Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious Head and Neck Surgical Associates program at the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon (USA).
Dr. Fairouz Chouikh therefore has surgical abilities, among others, in trauma, cervical-facial infection, neurorraphy, orthognatic surgery, temporo-mandibular joint surgery, excision of sub-mandibular or sub-lingual salivary glands, cutaneous lesion removal and reconstruction, maxillofacial pathology, botox injection (in aesthetics or for myofascial pain), intravenous sedation, dentocalare surgery and implantology.
Dr Amer-Ouali obtained his PhD in dentistry from the University of Montreal in 2008 and then had the opportunity to practice dentistry in a hospital setting within the multidisciplinary residency program at Notre Dame Hospital where he had the passion for surgery.
Dr.Amer-Ouali subsequently pursued a generalized practice of dentistry in private practice without forgetting his love for surgery, a love that drove him to always want to learn more and finally to specialize in the field.
He completed his specialty as a MaxilloFacial Surgeon at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York and is now back to practice and share with his colleagues the experience he has gained in recent years, particularly in the fields of dento-alveolar surgery and implantology.
Dr. Louis Rainville received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2013 from the Université de Montréal. In addition to his role of President of the student body, he graduated with Honors, receiving the American College of Prosthodontists award, the Academy of General Dentistry award, and the Micheline-Blain award presented by the Association of Dental Surgeons of Quebec (ACDQ). After graduating from dental school, he then completed a General Practice Residency at McGill University – SMBD Jewish General Hospital, where he was Chief Resident.
From 2014 to 2016, apart from practicing full-time in private office, he had the opportunity of teaching part-time with the GPR program at McGill University.
In order to pursue his passion, Dr. Rainville moved to Minneapolis in June 2016 to complete a 3-year specialty program in Prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Rainville now maintains a private practice limited to the planification and restoration of complex rehabilitation cases, including the replacement of missing teeth (implants, bridges, removable prostheses) and cosmetic treatments (veneers, crowns, complete rehabilitations). He also teaches part-time at the Université de Montréal and McGill University.
Dr. Rainville is board certified in Canada and America, being a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.
Issued from a family of denturologists, Geneviève Gibeault knew from a young age how she would devote herself. Graduated from denturology in 2006, she has since acquired considerable experience in the design and manufacture of dental prostheses of all kinds. Over the years, her love of the trade led her to attend many training courses, enabling her to perfect her practice according to her personal goals and interests. Always putting the client first.

After an internship at her dentist, Maude fell in love with the profession of dental hygienist and decided years later to make it her profession. Isabelle joined our team in 2015 to offer you a hygiene service on Saturday morning. Her softness and empathy will make you start your weekend gently, as a bonus, she has a beautiful smile!
